What’s my bonus account?
When you sign up to 9flats, you get a bonus account (you’ll find it in Account > Credits), which you can fill with 9flats credit to spend on your next accommodation. You can earn credits by inviting your friends via Facebook or web link, and leaving reviews and recommendations.
How exactly can I fill up my bonus account?
You can earn up to €75 credit for your bonus account by inviting friends and leaving reviews. Here’s how you can earn credits:
Leave reviews...
- €3: for the first review you leave about a guest, host or accommodation
- €3: for the first recommendation you leave for a guest or host
Invite friends via Facebook or web link...
- €20: for every friend you invited who completes a booking
- €10: for every friend you’ve invited who lists their place (and has hosted their first guest)

Tip: start inviting your friends now so can watch the credit in your bonus account add up, and then spend it one or two free night's accommodation, courtesy of us!
Note: we reserve the right to remove credits in the event of fraud.
What can I spend my credits on?
On great places to stay! You can spend your bonus account credits on every 9flats booking over €100.
How do I spend my credits?
On the booking page, before you enter your payment details, click ‘Use credits’ on the top right hand side. Your credits (up to a maximum of €75) will then automatically be deducted from the total price.
How long are credits valid for?
Your bonus account credits must be used within six months. Make sure you don’t lose them!
Is there a limit to how many credits I can earn?
Yes. The limit is currently €75. Tip: spend your credits now so you can start earning even more!
