Internship Customer Relationship – Customer Care


For our office in Hamburg, Germany, we are seeking a proactive, customer-focused person to assist with our internal and external communications and customer representative activities.

The successful candidate has strong verbal and written communications skills, keen interest in technology and is customer oriented.

The intern will work as part of a team with main duties:

  • Customer care duties

  • Internal communications tasks

  • Market research duties

  • Social Media activities and monitoring

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications Studies for a degree or advanced degree in a relevant subject area, for example:

  • Business Studies

  • Communications/Public Relations

  • Economics

  • Marketing

Essential Skills

  • Basic understanding of key marketing principles

  • Curiosity about technology and travel, and willingness to learn about our product details

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowing of other languages is a plus

  • Attention to detail
